Fizgig’s Chicken Tomatilla Pizza

1 large pre-made Pizza Crust (Boboli)

1 small jar Tomatilla Salsa (Green)

1 large double chicken breast (diced)

1 8 oz. Bag Shredded Cheese (Monterey Jack or Mexican Variety)

Spices (Cilantro, Garlic Salt, Minced Onion) (TO TASTE!!)

2 tablespoons Lemon Juice

2 tablespoons Olive Oil

Coat chicken in lemon juice  & spices (to taste).   Sauté in Olive Oil on low heat (prevents drying out) until done.

Spread salsa over pizza crust generously.  Sprinkle chicken around and cover all with cheese. 

Sprinkle a bit of cilantro over cheese and bake at 350° until cheese is melted and bubbly.
