Training Session # 16  - Saturday, July 20, 2002

A was ULTRA kind to me today.  I think he felt guilty for causing me so much pain last Tuesday He promised to take it easy on me and he came through, as today was the first day since Wednesday I wasn't near tears just trying to walk. .  

We started with 5 on the tread, slowly with no incline.  No worries - I was fine.  

As we moved on to major arm, chest, back and AB  exercises to give my legs a break - I figured his game out.  Since my legs hurt so bad, he'd simply work my upper body until the pain matched.  Have I mentioned he's the devil? 

I survived and even did a set of leg extensions with no weights (just to get the blood flowing!).  

As he stretched me, all I thought of was that I get a break next week, as A will be out of town on the other part of his life - a motivational speaker on Juvenile Rights.

As I was daydreaming about not having sore muscles, he brought me back to earth reminding me that I needed to do 2 extra cardio's to balance out not working with him.  Leave it to A to burst my fat bubble.

Such is the life of the fat to almost trim fizgig.
